Do I need to book an appointment?


Yes, we run by appointment only and can be booked via the Booksy app. You can also call us, and we will do our best to accommodate you




Is a patch test required for HD Brows and LVL Treatments?


Absolutely, our client’s safety is of paramount importance. No treatment will be carried out without a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.




Do your Gift Vouchers expire?


Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase




What is the best way to get in contact?


To book appointments you can book via the Booksy app, but if you would like to speak to someone you can call our mobile line on 07889040350.




How long does treatments take?


For all our treatments please allow 45-60 minutes however not all appointments run exactly on time so please take that into consideration if you need to be somewhere at a specific time after.




How far in advance can I book?


Appointments can be made one month in advance with the exception for bridal party bookings of 4 or more that can be made 6-12 months in advance depending on availability




Where are you based?


We are located on Abercorn Road, a 5 minute walk from the City Centre.




Do you offer 1:1 makeup lessons?


We do, please contact us to discuss further the different options we have available and what best suits you.




Do you open late nights?


Our clients are extremely important to us and we understand that it’s not always possible to get an appointment to fit around work / home life. In order to try and accommodate those with busy schedules we open late on Thursdays, please see our opening hours.




What brands of Makeup do you use?


At The Parlour By Colour Me Bootiful we use high end brands including Nars, Illamasqua, Make Up Forever, Charlotte Tilbury, MAC, Urban Decay and many more. What we apply on each client will differ depending on requirements which will be discussed at the beginning of your treatment.




Can I choose which artist I would like for my treatment


Of course, you can. When booking your appointment via the Booksy app the option will be given of who you would like to carry out your treatment. If booking via phone just be sure to specify who you would like to book in with and we will ensure to check, they are available
